And this coming September, I will talk with our landlord whether this landlord may renew or not.Recently, two of my friend’s church got Big matters. One of the church, he used to rent 380 US$ every month over 5 years already, but last two
month, his landlord increase to 3000 US$. and landlord does not want renew the contract, landlord wanted to rent to Chinese business man. Therefore, my friend’s church move to other place, and the rental free is 1800 US$ every month with two sleeping and one small living room that sit about 5 people.

And second church, he used to 900 US$ every month over 4 years. Now the landlord increased into 5000 every month, and landlord rented this house to Chinese people. So my friend church divided to start his ministry at other province of Cambodia that is 150 Km away from Sihanouk city.And our contract will be ended by this coming December 2018.
