Thank you for your faithfulness in partnering with us in the work of the Lord

This past Sunday we were able to hold worship services in a new building the Lord provided like only He can, in the very last days of 2018, we are continually amazed at His goodness. We wanted to thank and praise God for answering our prayers and increasing our faith and our members’ faith, and to tell you this great thing the Lord has done to strengthen your own faith and hope. We pray His goodness will encourage you like we have been encouraged.

KBPC wants to give extra thanks to the Lord for the Rev. Paul Washer and Rev. Jamey Tucker and their HeartCry Missionary Society, for taking the time to speak with me my sending pastor and wanting to learn more about the Cambodian ministry, and for their hearts for equipping and supporting indigenous churches not just here but around the world, and for their gift to help us into the new building. We pray to steward their donation wisely for the glory of God and invest in the Cambodian people’s lives, their discipleship, to advance God’s Kingdom.

Our church members were so thankful to have this new place to worship and meet and pray, even if it is only temporary as we continue to look for a small place on the outskirts of the city, if that is God’s will, that we can oversee and amplify your support as carefully as possible. Would you pray that God would provide a small house just outside the city for a new church home? And we ask that you pray for our new landlord, who the Lord brought into our lives in His providence, that he would come to know Jesus Christ too. And that He would use our trial, our testimony in hardship, to help Cambodia be saved from darkness?

We are so grateful for your prayers and friendship and so hopeful about what God has in store for 2019. Thank you for your faithfulness in partnering with us in the work of the Lord and for sharing our joys and our trials with us. We pray He will give you a fresh outpouring of faith and hope today, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
